We helped get 11 puppies moved from their home to a rescue in Vermont. They got on transport at the bowling alley today! Here they were in Debbie’s van as we drove them from Mooresboro to meet the transport. They were all fine, healthy, well-behaved puppies! We also sent 3 kitties to Animal Rescue Rhode Island and 2 kitties to adopters in Massachusetts.
We adopted Joseph and Meg in 2021, since then they have brought us so much joy with their love and fluffiness. Thank you for taking care of the kittens and keeping them healthy and socialized in your shelter/foster homes. Please keep up with the good cause! Best Regards,Alicia & Pete
Good evening, We know Skunk was well loved by her foster family before we got her home in August and now that she’s about 6 months old we thought it was past due for an update! She has been renamed Junebug, though I’m pretty sure we all just call her “baby” she’s still tiny, not quite 6 pounds but doing so well! She is a shoulder cat and frequently jumps from the floor to your shoulder if she thinks you aren’t going to stop to pay attention to her. She loves to help no matter what the task and she’s always ready to snuggle! We love her so much! ~ Lindsay
Update on Zeppelin now Mittens (Mitty): What a difference a week makes. Our handsome Mitty has settled into his new home. He eats like a champ and loves treats. He does not throw up (the prior owner said he threw up his treats). He is very slow to warm up to Millie. That’s a work in progress, and we are certain he will love Millie. Both are terrified of thunderstorms, so we have to calm both! Mitty is loving and not hiding under the living room furniture anymore . He is going to be a purrfect addition to our family. Millie is patiently waiting to share one of her beds with her big brother or watch the birds. Mitty did see his first turkey the other day,…
